TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

   
GENERAL
WMR Computers will (wherever possible) carry out all repairs in your own premises.However on occassion it may be necessary to take your equipment away for a more detailed analysis. Whilst every care is taken with your equipment, WMR Computers will not be held liable for data loss due to hardware failure or the extremely unlikely event of theft from my premises. This rule only applies to your actual data (for example photographs, documents etc.) and not to the equipment itself. (In the unlikely event of theft of your equipment whilst in my possession, then I will replace it with equipment to a similar value).
Please note that on rare occassions other hardware faults may develop whilst the equipment is on my workbench. This is purely coincidental timing and I can not be held responsible for this.

NO FIX NO FEE POLICY
WMR Computers offers a NO FIX = NO FEE policy. In the unlikely event that I am unable to assist you, no charge will be made.
If WMR Computers is able to offer you a repair quote but you choose not to go ahead for any reason, then a £15 charge will be made for the fault diagnosis.

FIXED FEE REPAIRS
WMR Computers charges a FIXED FEE as advertised on this website for most PC and laptop repairs.
The fixed fee is for callout & all labour. In some cases new hardware may be required. When this applies, I will quote the hardware costs before carrying the work out. If you then choose not to have the work done, then a £15 charge will be made for the fault diagnosis.
