All repairs are charged at a low fixed‐fee price as below. This includes callout AND all labour charges.
(Upgrades and replacement hardware if needed are always quoted before work carried out)
ST16 / ST17 postcodes = £25
Other area's within a 15 mile radius = £30 (+50p per additional mile thereafter)

If I am unable to provide a repair then NO CHARGE will be made.
However if you are quoted for a repair and choose not to go ahead for any reason, then a standard charge of £15 applies to cover the fault diagnosis.
